On behalf of all the Maltese group, I would like to say, a very big thank you, for the most efficient service you provided us with. Many thanks also goes, to our polite, English Speaking driver, Wojciech Ormanczyk, who we found waiting for us with a very luxurious coach at Balice Airport, to take us to Bialystock for a family wedding, a journey that took us almost 9hrs. Three days later, he drove us back to Krakow, where we spent the rest of our holiday. Since we had no transport booked, to take us to the airport on our last day, I E mailed the company & as always, I received a prompt reply, telling me that they will provide us with 2 luxurious mini buses. We were picked up from right in front of the hotel at 4.30am. & driven to the airport by 2 very polite english speaking drivers. Thank you Rapido for you excellent serve. I highly recommend you. Thank you for the excellentl service you offered the Maltese group. As agreed a luxurious coach was waiting for us at the airport and despite the long drive from Krakow to Bialistock and back a week later the driver made the drive very pleasant. The driver was very polite and very helpful. Because the coach could not drive very close to the hotel,and because the group was smaller on our way back to Malta, the company offered us two luxurious minibuses to take us back to the airport. We definitely recommend this company. Thank you once again.
